We are trying to change the price on some of our products. A little "i" in a blue circle says the price is "overridden by special pricing".

How do we remove that so we can make changes?

This is because you added special pricing to the product, so you need to edit the prices in the Quantity option:

    Thanks for your help BUT
How did I add "special pricing" to the product?
I can see under quantity where a little box can be ticked for special
pricing but I don't get the chart for the Quantity & Price are listed
together. None of our other products seem to be that way. There is no
special price or discount. I am working on Extenders (pairs). I want to
change the price / item for $30.00 to $60.00 for both the beige and the
How can I prevent that in the future?

I have just been able to change all the prices, looks good in the form but
when I go to embed the new form on our web page the preview and the actual
form revert to the old prices. Currently, there is no order form on our
webpage so I need to get this fixed ASAP.

The price is changing to the old price i.e., $30 due to the special pricing. As I clone your form, I see that the special pricing is enabled and the special pricing starts from $30.

Please see the screenshots below :

You may need to disable the special pricing or edit the amount/quantity inside the special pricing to resolve the issue.

I have made all the changes, some to the names of products and some to the
prices for extenders, SimLeggings & SimObesityShirts I have saved
everything and it shows up when I open *Clone of Clone of Simleggings -
PayPal Cart August 29, 2014. *When I go to embed the form, it doesn't show
any of the changes in the preview or when I embed it on the website.
I can't find/open the edit option that shows the chart to indicate the
prices for multiple copies of the same product.
I'm getting frustrated with something that looks right not working the way
    I need it to work.

    Hi Colleen,

Is this the form you were referring to in your website http://simleggings.com/buy/ ?

If it is, please try re-embedding the form into your website using its Iframe embed code.

    Follow this user guide http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

After re-embedding, check the form in your website again if it is already the current version of the form. Check also if form is now working as intended.

Inform us if issue still persist even after doing this.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I was not able to get any of them to
work for me. As a result, I deleted all the problem items and then added
them back in as new products. Then I followed the embed using < >. I
looks like it is working for this time.

Thanks for updating that the issue is resolved by deleting and adding the products again. I am not sure why it didn't work for you, but I was able to get it to work on the clone of your form. Sorry for the trouble caused.

I'm also having the same problem. I seem to find a way to work around it but it's even saying I have special pricing enabled when I'm adding a brand new product without any information yet at all. This has not ever happened in the past so it appears that Yola has changed the way the PayPal Pro widget works.

If there is not a substantial benefit to whatever has been changed please consider reverting to the previous iteration...it worked fine.
