I created a jotform tied to dropbox but it throws up a message about 100mb limit reached. Howcome I'm hitting this limit since it's going directly to dropbox and my dropbox has virtually no limits?

    Thanks,

    Shaun

Free accounts have a limit of 100Mb available space.

First the form submission goes to the Jotform account, saves there a copy and then it is sent to your Dropbox account.

This means it will affect your account's available space until you delete the submissions in your Jotform account to free up the space.

You can use your Dropbox Integration with the Auto-Delete Submissions App. From my tests it sends the files to Dropbox before it deletes the submissions. Please use it with care, because if you remove the Dropbox Integration your submissions will still be automatically deleted. You will still receive the notification emails but you will be not able to access the uploaded files, as they were already deleted from our servers.

Let us know if we can be of more assistance.
