I've created a couple of forms to use on our website, but I have not turned on access to them because I am uncertain about pricing details. We only have a couple of events a year where we use forms to allow individuals to register and pay. Less than a dozen people use our system during these event cycles. Does the 100 free refer to the number of persons that can use the system? How many model forms can I create on your system under the no cost option? I tested a form yesterday form front to back by making a payment. Does this count as 1 toward the limit? How do I determine how much is left in our authorized utilization. Since we do not have ongoing needs year round, is there a pay option that allows us to only pay during the time we would be using JotForm?
Also, I assume that the 100 submissions and 10 SSL is based on monthly utilization, not yearly. Is this correct?

The 100 submission limits for "Free" account are for regular submissions. "Free" accounts are also limited to only 10 payment/SSL based submissions. Our least costly subscription allows for 1000 such submissions. The test submission you sent did count towards your total, but since you are testing, I went ahead and reset your limits.
You can upgrade your account when you are expecting an influx of submissions and then downgrade it once you are back to your slow period. Your submission and form data will not be affected and will be fully accessible after the downgrade.
Clicking on the little human icon in the top right of your screen will pop up a menu that shows your account limits:
You can create as many forms as you would like, there is no limitation on this for any level account. We also do not limit the functionality of our free accounts, only the amount of submissions and storage.
