Why are there extra fees when receiving the payment?

    You say there aren't any extra fees, great I thought. So I set up a Jotform and started collecting the data and payments. Only to find there WERE extra fees. I had to pay Jotform $34 to be able to collect only 100 payments. Even more if we went over that number. This should have been made clear in the article because once I had published the form and people started completing it, I had no choice but to pay the fee even though it wasn't disclosed when setting it up. Very disappointed that you 'forgot' to mention the fees in this article.

    There are no hidden fees or additional fees on Jotform when integrating to a payment method. The final charge your users will see on the form will not include any processing charge from Jotform.

    We offer the Free plan subscription, where you can use Jotform for free to receive payments however there are limitations to the features provided on the Free plan.

    For the Free plan you can receive payments with no additional cost however you can only receive 10 monthly payments using your form, if you need to receive 100 submissions you would need to upgrade to the Bronze plan.
