Hi, I want to create terms and conditions, if customer tick on agree, then we can let them fill the order form. is this possible?

berangkat dari USA 30 January-> bisa diambil di Jakarta -+ bulan Maret tengah .
2. Ship cost Rp150.000/kg. Minimum charges 10 KGs.
3. Dimensional weight tetap berlaku
4. Harga ship per KG diluar tax,handling,service charge,insurance, etc.
5. SIlakan di copy paste item link belanjaan nya , di email ke usa2indo@gmail.com (mailto:usa2indo@gmail.com?subject=Sea%20freight%20request) untuk mendapatkan price quote.
6. Penting: bagi yang perlu deadline kedatangan barang, mohon jangan menggunakan Sea freight.
