    Did you mean your form isn't working on your facebook page?

    If so then please see http://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Pages to make sure that you have set it up correctly.

    Otherwise, if not then please explain more about this problem along with providing us a link to the form on your facebook page so that we can investigate it more.
