When trying to add a purchase order button, no button shows up!

Asked by kaswebs on September 06, 2011 at 02:09 PM

Hello, I keep trying to add a subscription for users to choose from, it works except it will not show a submit button. If I set it up and I try to add a payment button it says: You cannot add more than one payment tool. Please delete the existing one first.

So if i already have a payment method, why wont a purchase order button show up when I set it up already? Do i need a premium membership for this? It WILL allow me to add a submit button, but I want customers to be able to check out right there!

    Hi there,

I'm not quite sure what you meant by a purchase order button. The Submit button will act as the purchase order button. And yes, you cannot have more than one payment tools in a single form.

We hope this information will clarify matters you're concerned with at the moment. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you and enjoy using JotForm!

I am sorry I am not being clear. I meant that I have added the purchase order now button, and it lets me set up options for the customer to choose from, but no button will show up that says purchase order. I can add a submit form button but I don't just want the info emailed to me, I want them to be able to pay for the subscription right there. I need it to take them to a page where they can enter in a credit card etc. However this is not working for me. I am assuming I need a premium JotForm account to be able to do this?

Thank for clarifying kaswebs. I think you mean Paypal's Buy Now buttons? You can insert this button using the Free Text (HTML) field. Just copy-paste the source code of the Paypal Buy Now button into the Free Text (HTML) field and you're ready to go.

I hope I understood your concern and that our response was able to address your requirements. Let us know if there's anything else I can hep you with.
