form disabled!

Why is my form disabled again??

I only have 39 submissions this month, and i am registered so i can have 100 submissions.
I do not use the secure code, just the normal code. 
thirst in Iframe, now the embedded code. both doesn't work!

I have complains from my costumers! 

I noticed you do not respond on people who are complaining about the same problem. 
WHY NOT??? 

You used 12 SSL submissions, free account are only allowed to use 10, tomorrow the account counter will get reset.
