autoresponders not firing

    The auto-responders doesn't seem to work on this JotForm


    I can't figure out why the customer isn't getting the auto-responder email. 


    I am also having spontaneous issues with the notifier emails also. Some times they appear other times they do not.


    I have checked the spam folders and I can not see anything in them.

    Your condition doesn't meet the referrer URL. You have to replace the referrer URL in your condition to this if it's in and if it is in .com then replace it to this

    Hi thanks for your reply,


    I decided to use the CONTAINS rule in case a customer happened to visit compared to


    Dependant if the address contains HTTP or not would cause the trigger to fire or not fire with the method you have suggested?

    Please correct me if I am wrong.

    If you use contains it should fire if even if it has HTTP or not. I just tested your form in your website and I was able to receive the autoresponse mail on my end.
