New form has disappeared from 'My Forms' section

    Hi,

I created a form called 'Artist Information: London Bridge Live Art Festival' on Saturday 30 August. Once the form was completed I saved it, and have sent out the url to people to complete it. I also integrated it with Google Docs.

I've just done a test submission from the url, and this seems to work along with the integration, but the form itself has disappeared from the 'My Forms' page of my Jotform account. I wanted to integrate the form with Dropbox and need to be able to manage submissions but can't access or edit the form as it's missing from the menu. Is there a way to fix this?

    Many thanks

    Natasha

    Hello Natasha,

Upon checking the form #42412406067346, I found that it is in a guest account. This type of accounts are created when you do not sign up / sign in to your JotForm account and start building forms.

We can move the form to your account with username "natashachubbuck" but can you confirm if this is your form? Upon checking the details, I found that this form was last edited on August 30, 2014 from an IP address which seems to be of a different country. Please confirm the email address on which the submissions are being sent from this form and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

    Hi Ashwin,

Yes, this is definitely my form. It would be great if it can be moved into the account with my username! The email address that the account is registered to is natashachubbuck@googlemail.com. The submissions are coming from various addresses, some in different countries.

    Thanks!

    Natasha
