Not receiving submission emails from iPad.

    Hello,

    There're problems to receive a formular sender with an I pad.

    How to solve this problem?

    Hello Owen,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

    Do you mean to say that you are not receiving submission emails from your form using an iPad? Please be noted that submission emails are sent form server and if the email configuration is set correctly, you should receive the submission emails normally.

    I did check your form's notification email alert and found that you have not set the "Sender Name" yet. That could be the reason why you are not receiving the submission emails. Please check the screenshot below:

    Please be noted that if the "Sender Email" is not set, the receiving email server can mark the incoming email as spam or simply reject it. I would suggest you to set a sender email and that should solve your problem.

    You may still be receiving the submission emails in your spam folder.  Have you checked your spam folder already. Please be noted that now you can check the status of submission email yourself.
