What does {pdf-link} do on the Email Notifier area? I would like to add a PDF link to the auto responder depending on what check boxes the user checks but can't figure it out.

    Thanks

    Hello mbauhs,

{pdf-link} actually adds a link to the pdf document to display the data of that specific submission record.

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to send auto responder email with the PDF link only when certain checkbox of form is checked. Is that correct?

Here are the steps you should follow:

    1. Add two auto-responder in your form. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    2. One auto-responder should have the {pdf-link} and the other auto-responder will not have the {pdf-link}.

    3. Add condition in your form to check if that specific check box is checked than send the auto-responder email with {pdf-link} to the user.

    4. Add another condition in your form to check if that specific check box is NOT checked than send the auto-responder email WITHOUT the {pdf-link} to the user. The following guide should help you on how to add condition to send submission emails:  http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection

    Hope this helps.
