    Hi,

I am attempting to use the Full Width and Responsive order form for a page on my website. However there seems to be a problem with this form, perhaps someone could look into it.

I spent a little time customizing the form and then tried to embed it into my site using the different options. Only the full source code yielded any results, but even then the form was not displaying correctly.

When I tried the iFrame option I saw the message saying "Form Not Found. This form is disabled". After that I noticed that the same thing happens in the preview.

Could someone please look into this and let me know whether or not this form can be used?

    Thanks,

    Chris Clayton

    Hello Chris,

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Your embedded form or in preview should now work as expected.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Thank you!

Oh I see! Well don't think I even received a notification that my account was suspended... Thanks for taking care of it anyway... I guess you can probably disregard the other message I sent recently ;)

    Kind regards,

    Chris Clayton
