Our clients are still NOT able to make payments via the online portal. At this time, we would like a full refund. This is a huge inconvenience to say the least.

Is this related to your problem with the Paypal Pro payment integration? The Invalid Configuration error? Did you contact Paypal regarding this matter? You've posted the problem on August 8, and I have responded with information regarding the error and how you can fix it to your Paypal Account. I haven't noticed any post from you until now.
I need to confirm if you want to cancel your subscription and refund your last payment or ask some further steps to fix the problem. We are here to help.
