form not found error message on page

    Forms are not accessible under app box on group facebook page, form not foound may have been deleted by owner.  Forms are visible on jotform.  How do I correct this

    I am able to see two forms in your account. But, the error on the facebook page seems to be having an incorrect form. Could you try re-embedding the form to your facebook page by following the guide below :
