Backup app: Gets stuck on "waiting" with no finish date

    Why is the status "waiting" for over an hour?

    You are right, I made a test and it seems the app gets stuck.

     

    I went to BacK-ups , and there is no Finish Date available.

    So let me go ahead and forward this bug to our devs, you should get an update here.

    Hello,

    JotForm Backup app is rewritten and now it should work as expected. Please give it a try and let us know your opinion. Your feed back is very much welcome.

    It seemed to work. After is said "successful", it said to "click here" to show the backed up forms. Clicking it opened the page but it was empty - no backed up forms. Only  when I clicked the "Back-ups" link in the header navigation menu - did it show all the backups. Thank you.
