I have a form which you can see here: http://www.gdovindesigns.com/client/lisaMeck/jamesLeaver/contact.html

It's inside a Bootstrap column which is inside a Bootstrap row. The form I thought is set to 100% width, but for some reason it's not conforming to the column width. It's also supposed to be responsive but it doesn't seem tot be doing that either. Thanks for your help!

    Hello gdovindesigns,

The form I thought is set to 100% width, but for some reason it's not conforming to the column width.

Please try to embed your form using its iFrame embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you grab the iFrame embed code:  http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code You may also like to reduce the width of your form a bit. I did chekc your form and found that currently your form width in the editor is set as "690px".

It's also supposed to be responsive but it doesn't seem tot be doing that either.

If you want your form to be responsive, please add the "Mobile Responsive" widget in your form. It will adjust the width of your form fields based on the mobile device and display them without horizontal scroll. Please be noted that for the mobile responsive widget to work properly, it is advisable that you should not inject any custom css code in your form. I did check your form and it seems you have injected some custom css code already.

    Hope this helps.
