You have change the email address in the Recipient E-mail section. Please check the following screenshot:

Cette procédure ne fonctionne pas chez moi.
Lorsque je teste l'e-mail, c'est toujours ma première adresse de messagerie qui reçoit la notification de test.

The test e-mail will always be sent to the default address associated with your account. Here is our guide on setting up e-mail notifications:
At the bottom there is this message:
***IMPORTANT NOTICE:*** If you are trying to test out your email using the " Test Email " button this will only send your email notification to the email address associated with your account by default. If you wish to test your email address after you've changed it to another recipient then you will have to fill in your form and submit it to yourself.
To test a different e-mail address, you would need to send an actual submission through your form.
