I received an email from Blue Snap to change my payment method- I cancelled the credit card currently on the account. My username and password won't work on Blue Snap and their retrieve password needs a username, which of course, it doesn't recognize.

I checked our records and found out that you have successfully change your card on file. You are all set now.
