I created a form with the HTML editor embedded below the heading in the middle of the form. It appears during the building of the form but does not show up, nor function in the preview or the live page.

Please help. And THANK YOU for such a great product.

    Hi Thaneski,

Do you mean Free Text (HTML) tool? If so, you placed it under the "long description" title if I am correct. So, the problem is you want people to fill in the form and write comments under the "long description" title but it is not functioning.

The solution: Use a "text area" tool instead of the Free Text (HTML) tool because the Free Text (HTML) tool cannot be edited by the viewer. It only shows viewers what you have written on it. So, if you place Free Text (HTML) and don't write anything on it your form will show it like "Click to edit this text..." and nobody will be able to change it after it is published.

I hope my answer was clear and helpful. Thank you for using JotForm.
