I've somehow used up all of my secure submissions. Is there any way to allow non-secure submissions or to restore my limits?

I do not want nor need secure submissions.  In fact, I was not even aware that these were being submitted as secure until I notice, during a lecture, that my quota was almost reached.  Curious, because I should not have 100+ submissions yet, I investigated this.  As it turns out, somehow these submissions were being handled as secure.  I've double-checked everything and it seems to be cleared now, but how do reset my limits or accept only non-secure submissions?

I appreciate any/all assistance you can provide.  Thanks.

    Hi,

Since you have already remedied the issues causing you to go over your limits and I see that you are receiving non-SSL submissions now, I went ahead and reset your account limits.  Keep in mind that we are only able to do this once per account and should you go over again, you will need to upgrade in order for your account to remain active.

Please let us know if there is any else we can help you with and we will be happy to do so.
