I enabled the option to hide empty cells when I get order my email, and its not working.
Can you please clear this for me.

I was able to reproduce the issue with the 'Hide Empty Fields on Emails' option on a cloned version of your form. I have attached a bug report ticket and escalated it to our Development Team.
We will update this thread as soon as we have any news on this.

I've tried to repair your form but I can't seem to find a way to resolve this. Unfortunately, the only way to get around this is to create a new form. However, to make things easier for you, I've tried to copy your form the best way I can, so you'll just need to clone the form to your account.
