Please make sure my subscription is correct

    Hello, JotForm, I just cancelled my Premium subscription (because the free starter subscription is plenty for my needs until next May). My account now shows that I cancelled the Premium successfully, but I still have my free Starter subscription, right? Thanks.

    I see that the subscription of your account has been cancelled. The account shall hold the Premium status until your next billing date and shall be downgraded to Free account. You'll not lose any data even when you cancel the subscription. You are free upgrade/downgrade any time as per your requirements.
