How long does it typically take to get an email to reset one's password?

The reset email should be immediate. But I can see that your account email was in our bounce list. This was the reason the reset email message did not reach your inbox.
I have now removed your email account in the blocked list. New incoming email should now arrive. I have also taken a reset request using your email, so you should get the email instruction by now.
Inform us if there are still issue.
