Trying to add to confirmation e-mail?

I have been trying to add my new confirmation e-mail info@mdp.parts to my form. My email works with wufoo but it is not working with jotform. I would like to use jotform.

With which form you are having this issue? I did check all the three forms you have in your account but did not find that you have used "info@mdp.parts" in any of the email alert. 

Please be noted that if you want to receive submission emails to this "info@mdp.parts", you should actually add it in the "Recipient Email" field of your email alert.
