I have been trying to add my new confirmation e-mail email@example.com to my form. My email works with wufoo but it is not working with jotform. I would like to use jotform.

With which form you are having this issue? I did check all the three forms you have in your account but did not find that you have used "firstname.lastname@example.org" in any of the email alert.
Please be noted that if you want to receive submission emails to this "email@example.com", you should actually add it in the "Recipient Email" field of your email alert.
