With which form you are having this issue? I did check all the three forms you have in your account but did not find that you have used "email@example.com" in any of the email alert.
Please be noted that if you want to receive submission emails to this "firstname.lastname@example.org", you should actually add it in the "Recipient Email" field of your email alert.
