Hello,
I have two queries:
1) What has happened to my thank you page?
I had set up a donation page. Once the user made a donation and clicked Paypal, he/she was redirected to
a Thank You page. This worked when I tested it in August. However, now, the redirection to the thank you page
no longer works.
2) Transaction in Paypal does not complete
Once a user has made a payment through JotForm Paypal Express, that payment appears as "Pending" in
my Paypal account. However, the "Pending" is permanent (which means that it never becomes "Completed".
Would you have a solution to this?

Hello Peter,
I did check your form "Donations" and found that you have not set any redirection to "Thank you" page. Your form is set to display a thank you message after the form is submitted. Please check the screenshot below:
Please be noted that if you want to redirect your user to our own thank you page, you can take advantage of our custom thank you URL feature to achieve your requirement. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
