Approval Flow not working

    I have an approval flow that is not sending the final Approval report email. I have tried many many steps to try and fix this but it won't send the email HOWEVER in the inbox it said it was sent when in fact no one got any emails. and yes i check the junk folder, deleted, and its not held up in my email protection service. We REALLY need the last step to work ASAP

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Please allow us some time to do an in-depth investigation on this. For the meantime, Could you please try to remove the emails and add it back as it normally fixes this kind of issue.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. From the activity logs on your account, it seems like the emails have been sent. You can see it here and here.

    My suspicion right now is that they're getting filtered out at some point as they are being sent from a generic email, such as noreply@jotform.com.

    We use 3rd party email services for processing emails and in some cases their reputation score may be affected due to spam reports, which leads to emails being filtered by some email providers. Our engineers are constantly working on keeping good reputation rates, but it is not possible to cover email delivery as 100% for generic senders.

    We would like to recommend you to use SMTP sender which is considered the more reliable against any filtering issues if properly set up. Sending via SMTP from your address minimizes filtering issues.
