    My jotforms are not working! They say "Form Not Found" this form is disabled.What i have to do now?

    all these form are seen as disabled.why?

    i deleted that form  http://www.jotform.me/form/42451235149451 what violet terms & condition. Now please re-active my account & my other forms. I never violate terms & condition later, i promise that you. please re-activate my account.
