Cancel the monthly subscription

    Please let me know if auto-debit can be stopped as we don't plan to run campaign in next month.

    I got following message. Not sure what does it mean by "not able to return to your legacy plan pricing". Also, if we downgrade, do we lose the existing Form data which has close to 2400 submissions?

    You are currently on our SILVER legacy plan at $39/month plus tax. If you downgrade your account, you will not be able to return to your legacy plan pricing.

    Hello mayuresh10x,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking the image you shared, it seems like you have the old prices of the subscription. Once you cancel your subscription, you can no longer have the same price. Also, if you downgrade, the existing forms will be limited only to 5. The old submissions will be deleted.
