I was adding email recipients with conditions and I think I broke the page. It started refreshing itself over and over again and now has ultimately errored out.

I have tried the following troubleshooting:

    Refreshed the page.

    Restarted the browser.

Logged out of Jotform / Logged back in.

Here is the link to the form:

    https://www.jotform.com/build/222158526887063

And here is the error that I get when I try to go to the Settings tab of the form builder.

    {    responseCode: 401,    message: "error",    error: "API-Limit exceeded"}

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

Based on the screenshot that you have sent where it shows that you have reached the API Limit which may be a reason why you're getting an error.

Kindly check this guide for more information about Daily API Call Limits.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

I'm a bit confused I think. The settings page started working last night without changing anything.

The link for Call Limits has a broken image:

However, going from that page to my account, it only shows that we have API Keys for the pdfs. Do these count into my limit?

    Hi pcfll.forms,

Thanks for getting back to us. As long as it is listed on API on your account that should be counted as well. The Silver plan allows up to 50,000 daily API calls. Once that limit is reached, as explained in our dedicated guide, widgets, apps, or service integrations can’t fetch information from your account.

However, please note that our systems automatically reset daily API call limits at midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST). If you think the API limit doesn't suit your needs, you may consider upgrading your account to a higher plan.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
