Why don't you have a contact # or real time chat support?

Look you guys need a customer service number because I'm planning to pay for your service, but I'm not paying for anything if I cant get the help that I need when I need it. Forums are "acceptable" for free programs, services, and social matters, but not for "paid" products. Plus you don't even offer a contact number or online real time chat support for any of your paid plans, that is one of the biggest reasons why people (companies, sole proprietors, etc.) choose to upgrade. To reiterate, it's one thing to "not" offer real time support for a free service (cost, time, etc.) but when you start charging a rate, you should have already factored in the amount to cover supportive services.

    Hi,

We occasionally over real time chat support and are currently hiring more staff in order to make this full time.  We also just recently opened our San Francisco office and are working on offering phone based support in the future.  We are making great strides with our support capabilities daily and the features you desire are currently in the works.

Let us know if you have any further questions or need any help with your forms and we will be happy to help.
