You have a single successful transaction from someone, didn't you receive any email for this submission?
Your actual test submission is on the incomplete payment section: http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments. This means that you haven't processed the payment. When it's incomplete, Jotform won't send you the actual email.
If you want to receive an email for incomplete submission, that is possible by enabling it to your payment field. Please refer to this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-mail.
