Copy number field value to phone field

Hi,

My form requires user to input phone number with SMS verification, therefore i'm using the SMS Confirmation Widget. After the phone is verified, the phone number is kept in a number field. However, number field cannot be updated to Salesforce CRM's Phone field using the integration. I find that Salesforce CRM ONLY allows Jotform's Phone field to be imported to CRM's Phone field.

In short, I need to convert the Number field to Phone field in Jotform. I tried to use conditions, when number is filled copy value to phone field but failed. Is there any way i can do this?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm afraid it is not possible to copy a number field to a phone field as they have different formats. I see that there are already submissions in the form. In this regard, I would suggest hiding the number field to keep the old data and using the phone number field to collect phone numbers instead.
