For the security of the account, we do not recommend sharing access to the Jotform account or password. The account should only be accessed by 1 user.

You can create a form and add the Date Picker element to allow users to select the checkin and checkout date.

If you want the users to be able to access and edit the same form in the future you first need to create an Autoresponder email. Then add the {edit_link} tag to the body of the email.

When a user submits the form they will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the prefilled form. From that link, they can update their entry.
