Total submission

Hello

I'm on silver plan

i see that i can make 25000 total submission

but i'm now 5537 submission and the counter is full

and the new submission show as blank no data ???
i lost customers data for this problem ?

this is the second bad problem with jotform

Please note that the limit for your Silver plan is based on the number of "Monthly submissions" and not the total number of submissions.

Upon checking, your current submission monthly limit is 2500 and you have currently received 507 submissions for the month.

Your account is active and you are able to receive submissions.

I have cleared your form cache to refresh the form. If the issue persist, may we ask for the link to the form and the submission ID that shows as blank so we can further check?
