Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your forms and I was able to load the submissions both on the Tables page and Inbox. Is this happening to all the forms or to specific ones? Can you send us the form URL links? Also, seems like the screenshot you were trying to send with his message was not successfully attached. We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hope you are able to the Screenshot below, the issue got resolved few minutes back. But Noticed it happening again for few some time Now and then and it is getting resolved on its own. Please check / inform with your Back end Team on this behaviour.
