password boxes

I did not know we could not create password boxes.

I was following the recommendations of a jotform user.

So there is no way to create a password form ? I do not see this information in Terms of use. I'm confused.

It is not possible to create login forms with JotForm. It has been removed from the form builder because lot of people abuse it to use for phishing other users. Creating login forms using JotForm are considered as phishing and leads to termination of accounts. You can see that in the phishing section of our Terms of usage page. We've anti-phishing systems that scans each form to check for any phishing activities and suspends the account automatically.
