How can I fix formatting in the header of PDF downloaded forms that are submitted? -such that the title of the form either does not show, or can be made smaller and realigned.

Thanks for using Jotform. You can customize the header of the PDF document. Here is a guide on how to do that:

1. Click on the header element to show the option to resize it.
2. Drag to the preferred size by clicking and holding the square icon on the lower right of the element box.
3. To move, click and hold the element to drag it in the preferred location.
