Hi Keishana,
Thanks for reaching Jotform. I’m sorry if you’re having trouble with this on the payment integration of your form. I noticed that you are not logged in to your Jotform account. Because your account is not auto verified here on our system. Please make sure to log in to the involved Jotform account that you have used for us to access the form and clone it for testing purposes.
Can you also share with us the screenshot of the error message you are getting when you try to make a payment? Please follow the guide from this link on posting screenshots in the support forum. We are asking also for the link to your website for further checking.
If the original form that you created on Jotform is not giving you the error, we suggest that you can remove the embedding of the form and embed it again but this time please use the iFrame codes. This affects less on the other codes on your website.
We can move forward as soon as we receive a response from you.

Hello 360platinuminternational,
I've checked your form and it is not yet connected to your Paypal Business account. To connect Paypal Business to your form kindly follow the instructions below:
1. Open the PayPal Business Integration panel by clicking the Payment Settings icon.
2. Click the Connect button to connect/authenticate your PayPal account.
3. Log into your PayPal business account through the sign-in window that appears on your screen.
4. When asked, click the Agree and Connect in the next window that appears to activate the integration.
5. After the integration has been activated, return to your form by clicking the Go back to Jotform Inc button as shown below:
6. The button will now display as Connected. You can proceed to the next steps.

Hi Keishana,
Please try accessing the settings like this:
- Click on the Payments tab under form elements.
- Find the integrated payment gateway that you use and click on the three dots next to the name.
- Click on Payment settings in the dropdown.
That should open the payment setting where you can set up your Paypal account.

You can log in to your Account and hover over to the form title then click on the Edit Form button. Please take a look at the screencast below:

Hi Keishana,
You can access the payment settings when hovering over the Payment widget and clicking the Wand icon. See the screencast attached:
As per checking, you have not completely set up your payment information yet. I would suggest connecting it to PayPal so you can use the form without issues.
