I need help figuring this out. I am using the Button Radios on my form. When I preview my form, somehow it was working on page and not on the other one. I have recreated the ones that are not working, and it is still not working. Thinking to rebuild the form from the scratch, but afraid it is going to be same issue again. Here is the form source URL: http://form.jotform.us/jsform/42445938756165

I was able to reproduce the problem even on the form I've created http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42464619208962?. This is most likely a conflict between the two widgets but I am not quite certain about that. I have now raised this to our developers for further investigation. We'll let you know once this is fixed.
What you can do for now is to use different radio button widgets other than the button radios so you can continue working with your form without having any issues.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention by the way.

Hi @bkurniawan, first and for most. Sorry for the inconvenience. It is a know issue for a widget to be not possible on forms under page break. Which your form has.
A great workaround is that you need to press the Back button and then Press next again until the widget appear. Widget team are doing there best they can to fix the problem.
If you need further assistance, please let is know.
