Do my customers need to sign up to open the form I sent them?

    Hi

    Tested out your product, and I see that the recipient of a form is forced to create an account?

    Please let me know if I'm missing something...definitely would not want to force my customers to "Sign Up" for your App just to fill out the form I sent them.

    Hi eichiskincare,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that if you send the form via Invite By Email feature, your customers will need to create a Jotform account.

    Since you want to avoid this, I suggest sharing your form URL with your customers directly via your personal or business email. This guide will show you where to find the form URL.
