Unique IDs + Dropdown

I have a form (F'22 JCamp 180 Consulting Request) where I have 130 drop down entries and would like to add a unique identifier code (EX: Camp Young Judaea - Texas 0013h00001G4qotAAB). What is the best way to do this so that I can use the unique identifier in reporting to prevent errors, but doesnt clutter the drop down? Is there a way to add a hidden tied value?

    More info:

The identifier code is what our Salesforce database uses for the record. Since people call organizations by different names, using the identifier would help us in preventing errors and cross platform compatibility.

HOWEVER- adding the code to the drop down makes it appear cluttered and harder to see.

    Hi PJOurWay,

Thanks for reaching Jotform. This may not be possible at this time since it's not a feature that is available. But this is s good addition to our tools, I've gone ahead and opened a feature request ticket to the Developers' Team. We may not provide you with an ETA or when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. As soon as we get an update from them, we will be the ones to reach out.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
