Autoresponders emails not sending.

    Seems like across the broad there are issues with people getting the confirm emails from the forms. Everything Youth Basketball 14U @ Barclays Center 8/12 is one where people can said they are getting it in particular, but it seems to be hit or miss across the broad on our account in terms of people getting the emails when they submit. Let us know how we can prevent this.

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that the autoresponders email is not working. Most of the time, removing that autoresponder and then adding it back solves the problem.

    Is there any way besides deleting and recreating the autoresponder email? We have a lot of forms and this would be very time consuming. Seems like a major flaw.

    Thanks for getting back to us.

    Deleting and recreating the email is usually the best way of going about this. I would suggest just trying one first to see if that resolves the issue for that form. If it doesn't work still can you provide more details such as which form it is and the submission IDs for where they didn't send. You'll also want to check your email history to see if the emails were sent there to determine if they were sent and not received or never sent at all.

    You may also want to consider setting up SMTP so the form uses your own email server to send the emails.
