Hello
Yesterday, 9/3/14, I entered your web site for the first time and registered for the free trial. I created a sample form as a test and I wanted to see how it would look saved to my hard drive. I appears it is saved as a web document and it will not open when I click on the "E" icon. Is there a way to view and use it in open text? I am interested in a paid subscription however I will probably only create between 5-10 forms per year. Pls call me or respond back to me at cutirandy@gmail.com or rcuti@aol.com. (321) 271-0425 EST. Florida
Form created is named: SIU Manager Weekly Activity

Hello Randy4089,
I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.
How do you intend to use your form? Do you want ti to embed it in your website or you want to download the form's source code and use it?
If you want to embed your form in your website, you need to download the desired form embed code and add it in your webpage. The following guides should help you:
http://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

If you want to download your form's source code, the following guide should help you: http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form
Hope this answers your query.
Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.
Thank you!
