How do we contact somebody to update payment? I'm getting a message that my account is suspended

    I received this today - I thought I'd pay with the updated card and can't find a way to get to do that - it just tells me the account is suspended. So I've got one notification and we are kicked out?

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw that it got suspended for phishing activities. But we already made an investigation and it's likely that your account got hacked by a phisher/scammer. We have now reactivated your account but we strongly suggest changing your account's password as soon as you're able to log in to remove the access of the phisher from the account. You can check this guide for the steps on how to reset your password. Once you have reset the password, you can re-upgrade to a paid plan from our Pricing page.
