I have an autoresponse email set up for the "Website Contact Us Form". When I test the email, the logo does not display. Cannot figure out what the problem is. Please advise.
Thank you!

Hello Erik,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found that the link of the photo on your autoresponder's source code is not correctly converted to HTML.
This can be fixed by deleting the photo from your email content and then adding it back again. You can also replace the spaces with "%20"on your logo's link. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings, on Emails, and click on the pen icon over your Autoresponder email.
- Click on the Source Code icon on the email content's toolbar.
- Then replace your form's link with https://www.jotform.com/uploads/elaurence/form_files/GRI%20LABS%20Logo%20left%201250x1250%20blue%20transparent.62e42cb64b9f26.02134511.png
I've tested this and it started working properly. Please see my results below:
Here's also a link to the cloned version of your form. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
