I have created a form in which individuals request assistance with particular school supplies. A few of the supplies are no longer available and I would like to remove them as options, however, I do not want to impact the information on previously submitted forms. Please advise if this will be a problem.

If you will delete the fields in your form it WILL also DELETE THE EXISTING SUBMISSIONS.
You can change the name of the field and the submission will stay.
Just do NOT do a delete.
You may want to backup the form submission data first before you do any modification/deletion.
Here are the methods to have backup copy of submissions
2. Use integration to have external copy of form submissions. I suggest using Google Spreadsheet integration
3. Use the JotForm Backup App.
