Can I still use the same widget to other forms even if I used it to one of my form?

If you are creating a form and you upload a widget is it only available for the form you are creating or it is available for future use on other forms as well?

Yes, you can always use it to any forms you have or to your new forms. It's not a one time use. Just search for it from the Widgets section and drag it to your form:
