Contradictory IF conditions

    Hi,

    I have a form at http://form.jotform.us/form/42466635619160

One of the drop downs is Industry and then based on the selection, there are a number of conditional fields that appear for Sector. I've set this up using the Show/Hide functionality and 'If drop down is equal to then display'

I also have a drop down with the title and ID of Sector. This field only displays if it is filled and there will only display if it's selected from the URL string (?Sector=Technology)

I've created a conditions and it's listed as the highest priority condition that says if Sector is filled then all of the conditional Sectors that are shown after selecting Industry should be hidden.

However, when I go to http://form.jotform.us/form/42466635619160?Industry=TMT&Sector=Technology the conditional Sector fields are still displayed based on the Industry selection - even though there is a highest priority rule that says if Sector is selected then none of the conditional Sector fields should be displayed.

    Thanks

FYI - I solved this by adding a AND clause to all of the conditional Sector drop downs that requires a Industry drop down selection AND Sector to be empty for them to be displayed.

That's just awesome! Glad to hear you've managed to sort this out.

    Cheers! =)
