Why aren't my attachments showing?

    I've created a form that should send an automatic email response with an attachment however the attachments are not included in the email.

    Hi Rachael,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the link 222097609415155 and your PDF attachment was not turned on. In order for you to include submissions as PDF file, you will need to "turn on" or "toggle on" your PDF Attachment as shown in the picture below:

    Hi Vanessa,

    Thank you for the response. I show that the button is toggled on and the attachment is added, but the attachment is not coming through on the email. This seems to be the case for all of the existing forms.

    I cloned your form but I was unable to replicate the issue.

    Can you please delete and recreate your autoresponder emails? If the issue persists, would it be okay if we send a test submission directly to your form?

    I deleted and recreated the autoresponder emails and the attachments still are not showing. Yes, please feel free to send as many test submission as you'd like.

    Hi rachaelassistant,

    I tested your form and I was able to reproduce the error. Both the submission report's PDF attachment and the document attachment are missing from the Autoresponder email. I can see that all submissions on your form are just test submissions, could you please clone your form and use it instead if it works? If the issue still persists, please let us know so we can escalate the issue to our Developer Team.
